Mobile Fleet Manager

The Mobile Fleet Manager is made for the precise administration of the growing domestic mobile phone fleet. It has a comprehensive central administration interface and an easy to use client module. The software is able to:

  • Customers and cell phone numbers to store and have ordering section - Making invoices based on CSV file import
  • Manage an unlimited prize package number and make invoices
  • E-mail based posting of PDF attachments
  • Resellers treating - Single invoice items add up to monthly basis (eg. for a paper bill the fee for postal dispatch could be added)
  • Accounting other products like a traditional accounting software (eg. mobile phone sales)
  • Debts owed to list, money is received after the closure of the accounts opened

Emke for lifting equipment services

The Emke platform is excellent for handling and precise programing for those businesses where reparation work and interrogation is done for lifting equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc ...). It keeps track records of customers, exams (before the actual exam...) and the program uses client interface for the principal itself to follow the hoisting machinery condition, sealed and future exams. Villi resource manager

The Villi is a versatile web-based resource manager (in everyday language, stock management, or "stock program "), which was designed primarily for use in the electrical industry. We recommend to every company, where the movements of parts, accessories and different small items are important to track and record. It controls and follows the used materials movements and also the personal, who is using/delivering the material. Villi is actually very advanced warehouse management software. The stock manager is used basically by two groups: those who are delivering administration and for those who are working with the products. The former group called administrators; the latter called for the sake of simplicity. In the software the minimum and the maximum level of stock can beset, in value and quantity. It follows up the below status of the items: on stock, booked items for customer, taken out of the stock, goods ordered for stock. You can run program to create lists for: which items were taken out from the stock and by whom, we can create order, order has been delivered to warehouse, production identification code / barcode etc. Villi can handle miss delivery versus order or writing off scrap products.

EMU E-timesheet

The EMU is a timesheet system that combines the advanced functions of attendance registration software and a task organization program; it let he two methods collaborate each other in one surface. The system provides diverse login types for employees and administrators. The employees are a able to register their holiday requirement, can send the need of sick leaves and shall look through their work agenda for a set period. The daily dispositions are free to calibrate frame and range wise. We have the opportunity to send out several types of group emails directly from the program. We have a built in system to create employee groups and we can distinguish them precisely. There can be set three preprogrammed user types with different functions allowed: basic administrator, workplace administrator and employee. There is a possibility for us to cumulate a variety of data’s, like working hours, sick leaves or holidays, furthermore we are also able to generate PDF from our preferences. The employee login let the employee notice his or her own and his or her colleague’s agenda in the calendar but there is a possibility to set a new date in the calendar only for her or himself. An employee can adjust holiday plans for the future and sick leaves and overtime backward in time. The different types of events are signed in different colors. Every action can be found in the archive menu, this way any misunderstanding can be cleared in an accurate way.
